The said meeting is to be chaired by the worthy Director General, GDA and scheduled to be held on 14th march 2009 at 10.00 A.M.

All the requested to attend the said meeting on due date and time along with comprehensive plan with the date of commencement of your development activities. Any bullnecked with regard to non-execution of development works may kindly be communicated so that hurdles may be removed in the best interest of the general public.

Reply: Those Private Schemes which are near to Jinnah Avenue, Makran Coastal Highway from Tee more are most costly because the activities starts early before 2010, The land price you get in these area in sq. feets. not in sq. yds … The prices of land will 1000% times up in all commercial, industrial, housing areas with in E.P.Zone, because all infra development is quickly in progress. And the places are planing not only for development of roads, water lines, sewerage lines but also in progress for building and constructions in the area to avail benefits of 40 years tax holidays… Simply a plot is most commercial area such as like karachi saddar, clifton, defence or Lahore Gulburg area, or Islamabad Blue Area can not compare with the area which are far from the commercial, industrial, residential business points. Depending on your own choice to decide, whether you are buying plot in gwadar for you or for your grand children. you want to earn early returns from your investment with multiply in 1000 times or just to double.. in 2 to 10 years …..choice is yours

Tee more is the high targeted place were its on left is Subzi Madi, on Back its Railway Station, and Back of Railway Station is the port area, on front its start Makran Coastal Highway and near by the N.H.A work shops this Makran Coastal Highway is the very important location for whole Commercial, and Industrial activities were development activities are under way for importers and Exporters who wish to work with China Assemble products as well as wish to spread the china product to world wide, in other hand there are importers who like to spread foods items and other general commodities from the world to Afghanistan and other Central Countries through Gwadar Free Port.

If Khayaban-e-Shayan Gwadar is illegal scheme, and have no NOC from GDA then how it is advertising in Express News, GEO TV, and other media? Were is GDA? When the GDA takes steps? Why Not GDA is not taking Action Against the All Media Chanel to Stop advetisement? Is any GDA Official is involve in this scheme or any Government Authorities is involve therefore GDA is Silent? What do u think ?

As per my personal view point? I think GDA is also a party for encouraging wrong ful work in Gwadar. If Not then why GDA is not giving Commercial in All Media to hold the wrong advertisement. Do any body is responsible to educate the Low middle class investors to be care ful and not to invest such type of Schemes which have not been Approved by Gwadar Development Authority..?

No one can do nothing, if any body want to Suicide ? GDA Fulfill its responsibility with Announcement in Different Media Channels that before buying any plot in Gwadar, Please verify the status of the Private Scheme and verify the NOC Numbers at website of GDA, or contact GDA Office for more clarification. Now what do you suppose to do by GDA more?

If any greedy person with awareness of all above want to take the risk then what GDA can do?

While Gwadar Development Authority is always found helpful to support the investors in all respect. Only to blame any one is very easy, If you have any proof then you will say so, before it is rubbish.

The Khaban-e-Shayan Gwadar is total fraud scheme and the projects which have no NOC are very dangerous for the investment. You don’t know how much Land they have legally owned. Who they are? Who will look after to protect your investment after full and final payment? The location mentioned is about 50 kilometers far from Gwadar. Were totally desert area, no Authority of Gwadar Development GDA is responsible to give you protection. Remember you are totally wasting your money and becoming part of Crime when you booked for investment. Because you wish to resale the plot after few months to another and then you will involve in crime with the buyer and you also be the part of tread when you sell your illegal buying plot at Khaban-e-Shayan Gwadar.

Such types of foolish people are the persons who had damage the images of GWADAR. Therefore immediately report to GDA for information and necessary action.

Understanding The Gwadar Master Plan.

Every square in the G.D.A Master Plan is equal to one sq. kilo meter. Those exclusive private schemes within 2km (2 blocks) of Jinnah Avenue and Baluchistan Broadway are being earmarked for immediate development. Therefore the prices of plots surrounding this intial develoment phases are expected to increase between 100% to 1000% by 2010.

Developments within Master Plan but out side the two kilometer range of Jinnah Avenue and Baluchistan Broadway may have to wait for 5 to 10 years before seeing major development and therefore major returns on investment. We would consider these as long term investments.

For the savvy investor please note that there are two Coastal Highways in the G.D.A Master Plan. One is attached with the boundary of Master Plan which is the Coastal Highway that runs from the Iran Boarder to Gwadar, Pasni, through Ormara to Karachi. This is boarder line of Gwadar.

The Other is Makran Coastal Highway that begins at TEE More, (attached with Railway Station – Sea Port) and joins the Baluchistan Broadway from TEE MOR and is also attached with Jinnah Avenue from TEE MOR and ends at ZERO Point (Coastal Highway attached with Boarder line way for Iran Boarder).

Our opinion is if you are willing to invest in Gwadar. A safe choice would be to invest in land around the Jinnah Avenue / Baluchistan Broadway developments of the G.D.A. Master Plan for maximum returns. The development of a fully operative port is near completion and with a new airport, railway station, sports complex and a Center Place – investing in Gwadar has never been so attractive.

PSA Gwadar International Terminals Starts Commercial Operations

NEWS RELEASE: 26 March 2008
PSA Gwadar International Terminals Starts Commercial Operations On 15 March 2008, PSA Gwadar International Terminals in Pakistan received its first commercial cargo vessel and that signified its readiness to service more general cargo and container vessels at its deep-water berths. The inaugural call was made by Pos Glory carrying 64,000 metric tons of wheat and drawing a draft of 12.5 metres. Upon the successful completion of discharge of the wheat cargo, the vessel departed safely and speedily on 24 Mar 2008.
The 40,000-GRT Pos Glory is the biggest bulk vessel to berth alongside a Pakistani port to-date. More than 60 trucks and about 1,000 workers (including 200 workers fromGwadar) were deployed in the terminal over three shifts to unload the cargo and turnaround the ship in the shortest possible time. Following the discharge of the cargo from the vessel Pos Glory, the port city of Gwadar experienced a surge in trucking activity as more than 2000 trucks were deployed to transport the wheat cargo from PSA Gwadar International Terminals to various cities in Pakistan. Related businesses, such as the supply of diesel, food and shuttle transport also benefited from this cargo handling operation.
“We are grateful to be given the opportunity to make a positive contribution to the City of Gwadar through the management and operation of its port. The arrival of Pos Glory at PSA Gwadar International Terminals marks a significant milestone in the Port’s successful startup after months of preparation, training and transfer of port operating knowledge and technical expertise from PSA to a team of dedicated local management and staff. Two container quayside gantry cranes have also been brought in early to bolster the Terminal’s container handling capability and we are now ready to service both general cargo and container vessels at the terminal,” said Mr David Yang, Chief Executive Officer for Middle East and South Asia Region, PSA International Pte Ltd.
Mr Ai Jian, Captain of Pos Glory, said, “I am honored to steer the first commercial cargo ship to berth at PSA Gwadar International Terminals. It is my first visit to a Pakistani port and I am impressed with the well-equipped terminal and the comprehensive security arrangements put in place. These measures provide my crew and me with a high level of comfort and assurance. I am confident that PSA Gwadar International Terminals will become one of the key ports in the region and I wish PSA Gwadar International Terminals every success.”
Since taking over the PSA Gwadar International Terminals, PSA International has sent its experienced management team and engineers to organize and start up operations. Improvement to processes and installation of new equipment have been made, including 2 container quay cranes which would be commissioned by end of March 2008.

The start of operations of PSA Gwadar International Terminals represents a great step forward for the City of Gwadar whose residents find new employment opportunities at the Port. The locals employed to-date by the terminal received extensive technical and management training and some of them will be provided with further training overseas at the Port of Singapore.
Importers and exporters currently shipping goods through the ports in Karachi have expressed strong interest in using Gwadar Port for their imports and exports. Container liners are also making changes to their routing arrangements so that their vessels will call at PSA Gwadar International Terminals in the future.
