Management of Creek Area Gwadar is frud and un trustable.
As the Schemes development period ends on 2004. And till yet they have done nil development work in the schemes.

They are only willing and greedy to get installments from the clients and using bad languages when they have to ask to hand over the plots to their allotees who had paid full and final amount.

They are greedy and will to get double the amount of booking and payments as it is their responsibilities to complete and hand over the project.

While No one in GDA is reply for the completes made as the owner has giving monthly to the GDA Officials.

Therefore, Be Care ful and get visit its project first and then decided.

Even they have lot of disputes with so many peoples who had booked in this project.

They are very rud in handling after the booking of plots and use hard language when you stop the payment.

If you ask them why you had not hand over to the people their plots who already had paid the full and final amount.

They replied simply that we had not yet complete development work.

Then if you ask why you did not complete development work.

They reply the cost of development is raise therefore, we ask 200 % extra additional for development.

They are full of frud and bogus under the cover of GDA Officials.

If you are defaulter in your schedule payments and you did not get allotment confirmation from GDA after payment of 30%. And If the company inform you at the time of booking that they will charge extra at the time of development period. Then you have to communicate with GDA Officials, Please do not involve GDA Officials with saying under cover. You are also under cover if you had fulfil your all responsibiities such as complete uptodate payment.

Please take advise of GDA for settlement of your problem. GDA will definately support you if you are fair.

Reply: Gwadar Future is safe and secured with in the Private Schemes which are with in Gwadar Master Plan and Specially located adjust to Jinnah Avenue, and With in E.P.Zone, were Government Development work is highly in progress. Which developed and populated between 2010 to 2012. Due to Government full concerns to develop with utilities, road, water etc as fast as they can.

Suggestion:
Gwadar is developed as commercial and business port. So the early setsup is only possible in the industrial and commercial projects which includes residential facilities.

Therefore, if you wish to business, living or invest in Gwadar be positive for Industrial and Commercial Schemes projects which give you satisified investment profit with peaceful living and working in gwadar.

If you target only residential schemes then it will be less prevellaged and less profitable.

U can immagine that when ever the port active the first thing people wish to buy show rooms, ware houses, industrial plots as well as residential plots in industrial schemes.

It is natural that a person work and live near its work. And through this your investment in industrial schemes will be double. But remember it should be near to port area aprox 5 kiliometers. And through this you enjoy peaceful living and working too.

Dear Friend,
Pay them through pay order via Gwadar Development Authority with also taking undertaking in Stamp paper from the Sun Silver City Gwadar Management that:

1. Development of roads, water lines, electricity as well as other facilities such as Park and street light must by provided with in three months from the full and final development charges paid by your good self, incase the developer is failed to provide all above then they have to pay 10 percent per month due to delay.
This written agreement must be signed in GDA Office in front of GDA Director. This will secure you.
I need update regarding Sun Silver City Gwadar,
I already bought the Plot cople of years back and pay in full as they offer 10% discount if you pay the total instalment in full.

This Year in Jan , 2009 they call me back and ask for development charges on top of the plot payment as per them Gwadar city stat the work for to supply Water , Electricity Etc.
Please let me know if this investment worth it or not.

New Name: Crown City N.O.C No: 43/05/HS/GDA (B) situated in Chatti Shamali.
When any scheme’s noc get in last word (B) means it is out of Gwadar Master Plan. We had wrote allot about NOC Marked with (B).
It is to far and no future before 30 to 50 years.
Try to get plot in the area which develop fast and EPZone is valued area.

I need Your valued advice on OCEAN CITY GWADAR.
I have invested in a couple of plots in OCEAN CITY GWADAR. the NOC for the mentioned society has been suspended. It was not suspended when i was purchasing the plots a year ago. Back then, the society had an approved NOC from GDA and there were no apparent risks involved in investing in its plots.

Now, as the NOC for OCEAN CITY GWADAR has been suspended, I am quite concerned and will highly apreciate if you could please let me know of the reason/s of suspension and if this suspension of NOC is of a permanent nature or temporary. If it is of a permanent nature, what are my options to recover my investment or incase of temporary suspension, what are the reasons and how long should it take before the NOC comes clear.

No. Sun Silver City is situated in outside Gwadar Master Plan. No it is not on Coastal Highway. To complete development work including basic amenities like roads, electricty, water line, required minimum Approx 25 to 30 years. At present it is totally surrounded by deep desert area with heavy dust stroom. No transport goes on the location side except four wheelers.

Its very easy take a moment and write down the names of all the schemes which are not marked with (B) then go to any search engines and write down the name of the same and search. You will get lot of information regarding the schemes. Those which are not in net then it is difficult. But most of them  have their own websites…. Go through complete information from their website.

Remember that the scheme must be near to the range of maximum 2 kilometers from Jinnah Avenue, and if it is in Baluchistan Broad way it must be near to 2 kilometers from Jinnah Avenue, or if it is located Starts from Tee more ” Makran Costal Highway then it will be more valuable from Tee more to end with Jinnah Avenue.. Remember Makran Coastal Highway is not Coastal Highway watch GDA Master Plan its Starts from Gwadar Sea Port – Railway Station – Subzi Mandi – NHA Authority – Bye Pass  Baluchistan Broadway By pass Jinnah Avenue and end at Zero Point. Moza included in this Makran Costal Highway are Shinkani Dar, Washan Dor and Chipkalmati.. As per our Point of view This Makran Costal Highway from one side and Jinnah Avenue from another side both are very attractive investment area, And we think it will be fully operated till 2010 to 2012 Depends on the location.

Find the Area in NOC which Moza its belongs, then write down all schemes of Shikani Dar, Washan Dor and Chipkal mati.. Then view the Gwadar Master Plan and watch the location. Remember the schemes belongs to all the above areas are costly then all the schemes Zone (B) we think it is preferable and better to buy 125 sq yds or 250 sq yds plots with in GDA Master Plan in replace ment of cheap 500sq yds or 1000sq yds plots. Because the location give you much more returns. Think 1000 times before buying and then buy. Do not compare the size of plot as well as cost of plot from NOC (B) with NOC (A).

We are keen to invest in Gwadar but we can not satisfied with the advertisements published in news papers as well as TV commercials. They all hides the facts.

As stated that NOC is a B, which means out side of Gwader and development may require 20 to 30 years inwhich builder may will die and thier promices will go with them to the Grave. Yes, Sunoverseas City is NOC class (B) Given by GDA. That means the Scheme is out side the Gwadar Master Plan. Yes S N SAHIL was the first project which is incomplete till yet all payment schedule period is complete and received by the builder promoter and the Development time is expired without development work. When Clients approach to office for fulfillment of the commitment of Development work in S N Sahil which is approx 50 kilometer from Gwadar and in Prime Tok moza. While people who had booked in the S N Sahil were force to rebook in Sun Silver City Project with extra payment or otherwise take refund with deduction of 15% many had been force fully cancel the plots due to misconduct, the project sun silver city which is totally failed. And Now the Size of Sun Silver City is been reduced and Re Launch in the name of Sun Overseas City to attract new clients.

Plz don’t treat Pakistani Investors in overseas like a fool. If the company is sincere then first complete the development work of S N Sahil than Sun Silver City and then Sun Overseas City. Buy the way what are the plans for Electricity, Water and Gas the basics for living in all three schemes which are all out side Gwadar Master Plan. As The GDA is not responsible for providing the above facilities in NOC (B) scheme. What is the plan to provide the above necessities and till when?

Khayaban-e-Shayan Gwadar is illegal Private Housing Scheme which has no NOC from Gwadar Development Authority

If Khayaban-e-Shayan Gwadar is illegal scheme, and have no NOC from GDA then how it is advertising in Express News, GEO TV, and other media? Were is GDA? When the GDA takes steps? Why Not GDA is not taking Action Against the All Media Chanel to Stop advetisement? Is any GDA Official is involve in this scheme or any Government Authorities is involve therefore GDA is Silent? What do u think ?

As per my personal view point? I think GDA is also a party for encouraging wrong ful work in Gwadar. If Not then why GDA is not giving Commercial in All Media to hold the wrong advertisement. GDA Fulfill its responsibility with Announcement in Different Media Channels that before buying any plot in Gwadar, Please verify the status of the Private Scheme and verify the NOC Numbers at website of GDA, or contact GDA Office for more clarification. Khayaban-e-Shayan Gwadar:

A TV Commercial at Geo TV about Khayaban-e-Shayan Gwadar, Please let us inform that the Project is NOC by GDA and the location of the project. In which Moza the scheme is and what is the mean that they want to transfer Direct transfer from the Revenue Board, Is it adviseable to invest in Khayaban-e-Shayan? Please Guide.

Khayaban-e-Shayan Gwadar is illegal Private Housing Scheme which has no NOC from Gwadar Development Authority. Please Complain and Report it at once at GDA Office for Legal Action against Kyaban-e-Shayan Gwadar. The Scheme is near Prime Tok. 50 kilometers from the Gwadar. And Out Side Gwadar Master Plan.
The Khaban-e-Shayan Gwadar is total fraud scheme and the projects which have no NOC are very dangerous for the investment. You don’t know how much Land they have legally owned. Who they are? Who will look after to protect your investment after full and final payment? The location mentioned is about 50 kilometers far from Gwadar. Were totally desert area, no Authority of Gwadar Development GDA is responsible to give you protection. Remember you are totally wasting your money and becoming part of Crime when you booked for investment. Because you wish to resale the plot after few months to another and then you will involve in crime with the buyer and you also be the part of tread when you sell your illegal buying plot at Khaban-e-Shayan Gwadar.
Such types of foolish people are the persons who had damage the images of GWADAR. Therefore immediately report to GDA for information and necessary action.
Before investment in any investment scheme in Gwadar you must follow the following guidelines:
Find the NOC number issued by the Gwadar Development Authority at the official G.D.A. website: http://gda.gov.pk/pages/gdaoffers.html to verify the N.O.C. number.
However, be vigilant to watch for N.O.C. numbers marked with “B”, as they represent building schemes outside the recognized GDA Master Plan and these private schemes have no realistic completion dates before 2020 at the earliest. The G.D.A has an undertaking from external (B) schemes that external (3rd party contractors) are responsible for the development of their own infrastructure including roads, sewerage, electricity and water supply.

GDA NOC Marking (B)

What is the importance of such NOC which GDA issued with marking (B) ? And why GDA is issuing NOC Outside Gwadar Master Plan? Why GDA is not cleared that such investment of the common people arround the world wil be blocked for 20 to 25 years. What is the interest of GDA for issuing NOC outside GDA Master Plan?

We don’t know. Ask GDA in this regards, How ever we think that may be the policy of GDA as under:
1. The land all around Gwadar is not owned by Government of Pakistan. Its belongs to the local balouch people. May be GDA Management thought to take in umbrella as much land as they can through private housing scheme projects through giving NOC.

2. As there is no owned land of GDA and through only NOC of Gwadar Private Scheme Housing they get
the ownership with capturing Parks, Roads, and 2% reservation for GDA in all schemes as well as all public building with in Housing Scheme.

3. What we think that the scheme owners will be under GDA Byelaws 2004. Must given under taking that if they fail to full fill the development work. GDA will take over the Project. While the private Owners think in NOC marked (B) that they get maximum returns from the easy installment which will be received from the allottee and then left the scheme or give and encourage the GDA to take over the scheme. While GDA at such movement take over the scheme and ask the allottee to pay more for completing the project in the area of NOC marked with (B). And all the burden of External Development will be automatic transfer with the interference of GDA with taking over the project. As well as this will be the time when private owners housing scheme in NOC (B) backup and get away without fulfillment of the commitment. And this will be the time to start Suffering by the all allottees who had paid complete installment to the private housing scheme which are marked NOC (B).

And at that movement the allottees approach to GDA for completing the project of NOC Marked (B) and the GDA after collecting handsome amount from the allottees of Marked (B) will take over. All this will be happend after 20 to 25 years and during the period the allottee of NOC Marked (B) suffered allot.

Through this the GDA will be the owner of the Scheme without any investment, (only issueing a letter of NOC with marking B.) And after completing the development work with in GDA Master Plan they think they will expend the Development after 25 years.

So, Once again we suggest the investors to be careful and invest in only projects which are within Gwadar Master Plan to get maximum early returns and maximum security of the GDA.

Gwadar Investment

Before investment in any investment scheme in Gwadar you must follow the following guidelines:

Understanding The Gwadar Master Plan.

Every square in the G.D.A Master Plan is equal to one sq. kilo meter. Those exclusive private schemes within 2km (2 blocks) of Jinnah Avenue and Baluchistan Broadway are being earmarked for immediate development. Therefore the prices of plots surrounding this intial develoment phases are expected to increase between 100% to 1000% by 2010.

Developments within Master Plan but out side the two kilometer range of Jinnah Avenue and Baluchistan Broadway may have to wait for 5 to 10 years before seeing major development and therefore major returns on investment. We would consider these as long term investments.

For the savvy investor please note that there are two Coastal Highways in the G.D.A Master Plan. One is attached with the boundary of Master Plan which is the Coastal Highway that runs from the Iran Boarder to Gwadar, Pasni, through Ormara to Karachi. This is boarder line of Gwadar.

The Other is Makran Coastal Highway that begins at TEE More, (attached with Railway Station – Sea Port) and joins the Baluchistan Broadway from TEE MOR and is also attached with Jinnah Avenue from TEE MOR and ends at ZERO Point (Coastal Highway attached with Boarder line way for Iran Boarder).

Our opinion is if you are willing to invest in Gwadar. A safe choice would be to invest in land around the Jinnah Avenue / Baluchistan Broadway developments of the G.D.A. Master Plan for maximum returns. The development of a fully operative port is near completion and with a new airport, railway station, sports complex and a Center Place – investing in Gwadar has never been so attractive.

I want to ask about the future of Robar… we took plot in 90,000 per acre and now he down to 45,000… so what should we do… either we sale it… or wait for good time

Dear you had been Threaten . The rober the highly desert area, You can only reach only through four wheelers. If you had not marked demarcation, and you have no verified khatoni, khawat, aqsa shjra, as well as trasima from tehsildar. Then you will also face claim of the other people. while 45000 is still good price. The actual real price of robar is 15000 to 20000. (even in this rate those who knows about gwadar master plan not interested to buy).

As the robar is not in gwadar master plan. So the future of robar is out of question. For real good time you have to wait for a generation. Sorry to say but may be your grand children will get benefit from robar. If no body capture and claim for it. You need to View detailed Gwadar master Plan. Please don’t invest in open land…. it is full of claims… invest in any private shceme within GDA Master Plan. And before buying must understand the location. It must be near to Jinnah Avenue…Or Makran Coastal Highway which will be more secured and furitful.. it is only our suggestion. The Only think we feel is the sadness. Keeping open area in acars in Gwadar is very very difficult. Those who had already buy the open plots in acars must first of all verified their khatoni, khawat, kasra number, ash sajra, and must have trashma with including the “B Nama ” from the buyers as well has must have to keep the payment pay order ship as well as must have verified I.D.Copy of the seller attached and endose with the Tasildar. The all above documents must be needed and the more the demarcation of the ownership land with pillars by the patwari and the letter from patwari that they verified that the landowner is the real seller and the purchaser is the real buyer.

If any of the above document is missing in your papers then you must immediately, complete the documents other wise any fruad people most of them are Real Estate Agent resale your plots several times and you may have no knowledge of them.

The real estate agent encourage innocent investors with offering attractive deal such as:
Why you buying a plot in Gwadar Private Housing Scheme while you will get more land in your own name in equal to the amount of a plot of 120 250 500 or 1000 sq yds plots in any Approved Housing scheme by GDA.?

As you saw the Noc of Sun Overseas City NOC No: 73/07/HS/GDA/ (B) —– (B) means this project is out of Gwadar Master Plan. Coastal Highway starts from Karachi and end at Jiwani Road, Near Iran Boarder. So the only to write Coastal Highway is as not such important. The important is the location of the scheme which must be within Gwadar Master Plan. Any project will be handed over to the alloter with in 36 months after completing interior roads etc. development work. But the question is who will go and settle were there are desert in surrounding, from where they get water, electricity, gas, sewerage line connection were the G.D.A. is not responsible for all those who got GDA Noc marking (B).
The project owner will left after collecting amount with in three years and the area will never get electricity, water, gas connections which are basics of living before 25 to 35 years or may be more long….

Owning a plot within GDA NOC Marking (B) is very easy with very little payment. The Attractive commercials did not give complete details….

I visited with lot of people who invested in gwadar. I was satisfied as well as my all clients were also satisfied with buying plots.

Till yet no complaints from any of my buyers have been made or done to whom i sold the plots through my relatives Real Estate Agency.

Because, i sold them plots from the owners. But after 2005 a lot of foolish people from Punjab and other part of the country came to Gwadar and open Estate Agency to fraud with investors and ask in market the plots of Chatani Bal, Zabadan, Kiya kalat, Ziarat Machi, Chitti Shumali, Junobi, Mazarni, and the far areas of Gwadar, which are deserts area.

Out of them some do partnership with fraud local people and had get G.D.A. Noc for housing schemes.

In 2004 to 2006 lot of housing NOC was issued by GDA in the area which is out of GDA Master Plan marking with “B”

People who had no idea about “B” and they only attracted from TV Commercials buys plots in such area, Which have no future before 30 to 50 years.

As the Area of Master Plan have more land than any other Pakistan well develop city like Lahore or Karachi.

Now, when the people knows that they invested in  land which they have bought through TV Advertisement is out of the master plan they are puzzles about the cost and investment which they have made.

Now, The activities from Gwadar Development Authorities are very fast within the area of master plan and hope ful that Gwadar will be completely developed between 2010 to 2015.

Those who had invested in such schemes which are out of Master Plan get heavy loss or have to wait form long term.

Policy Board for shipbuilding industry formed:
According to a notification issued here by the Planning Commission, the Prime Minister will be the chairman of the Board. Governors of Balochistan and Sindh, Minister for Port and Shipping, Minister for Defence Production, Minister for Privatisation and Investment, Minister of State/Deputy Chairman, Planning Commission, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Finance, Chief of Naval Staff, Secretary, Ministry of Ports and Shipping and Managing Director Karachi Shipyard and Engineer Works as members of the board.
The Board may co-opt any other person as its member on need basis. The Terms of Reference (ToR) of the Policy Board are as follows:

i) The Policy Board shall provide policy initiatives for establishment and development of shipbuilding and marine industries in Pakistan.

ii) Specially, the Board shall facilitate the development of large shipyards at Port Qasim and Gwadar Port and ensure acquisition of land and provision of all related infra-structure.

iii) The Board shall facilitate and approve all joint ventures proposals received from leading shipbuilders of the world as well as equity participation of offers in context of shipyards at Port Qasim and Gwadar Port.

iv) The Board will ensure that the shipyards to be built at Port Qasim and Gwadar Port cater for shipbuilding and ship repair up to ULCC size as well as construction of off shore and on shore oil rigs.

v) The board will determine the policy on operation of shipyards at Port Qasim and Gwadar Port.

GDA asks people to verify plots before purchase:
ISLAMABAD: Director-General Gwadar Development Authority Ahmed Bukhsh Lahri has said the status of private housing schemes of Gwadar must be verified by interested parties before they purchase plots in the area.
Talking to a TV channel, Lahri said people who wanted to purchase plots in any private housing scheme in Gwadar Zone A and also for E.P Zone can confirm the status of the society from the DG office of the authority. There is a verification system in the GDA office and people can contact the office in this regard.
The director-general said that housing schemes having NOC by the GDA could also be confirmed from the website of the authority.
A cell is working in town planning section of the authority to facilitate people in this regard, he added.
To another question about protecting people from fake housing schemes, he said precautionary measures have already been taken in this connection and people are advised that, if possible, they should visit the area before purchasing any plot.
The map of the housing society signed by town planning section of the GDA should also be examined, he added. A certificate against each plot is issued by the authority on 75 per cent out of the total plots available in any housing society. Certificates are issued in a bid to curb fake activities. Lahri said, so far, about 65 housing schemes have been issued NOCs, adding that action is also being taken against those trying to deceive people in this regard

Future is bright. But Membership fees is so much high. I think it could not be more than Twenty Five Thousand. Bargain or wait when they offer packages for new membership.

Gwadar Real Estate Business Future:
SHORT TERM INVESTMENT

At Gwadar there is two kind of investment. One is residential and other is commercial. When we say short term investment then one must think year 2010 to 2012 time period for it, because if one do the investment with the thinking that he will get return in days or month then may be he get loss, one can get but may be not. Therefore investment should be made keeping in mind (Time Period 2 to 5 Years). The other question arises at where this investment could be made.

I suggest for residential and commercial purpose I think the area near sea port and the E.P.Zone areas come with in the range of 5 to 10 K M from Deep-sea port. And in next five years there will be sign of real development and will be populated. All other areas are not recommended for short-term investment.

LONG TERM INVESTMENT

Long-term investment is from 10 to 15 Years or may be more time periods. It depends upon the circumstances and speedily diversion of investors from all over the world. Therefore no one can give the exact time period for long-term investment but if all things go in right direction then I think Gwadar will be developed before the expected time period.

If any one is thinking to invest in a long-term project, then he may invest in any well-reputed private housing project because the fattest developer can only developed its project in next ten years. These are hard fact and ground realities and we have to accept it.

Any piece of land in acres can be purchased at main coastal highway and the land around the old airport. At west bay seaside, one can do the investment from shabi to Jiwani and from zero point to road goes to Iran border. Are not safe for the investment because G.D.A has issued the NOC with marking “B” means if a NOC you see suppose GDA/H/00/Year/B means The Project Owner is liable for internal and external development. And GDA is not responsible for Development work. This means that the area will not able to develop before 15 to 25 years. And the investment amount will be blocked. Please take care and review the Gwadar Master Plan and watch the Private Scheme Location.

Real estate in Gwadar — a fortune or waste?
Since the idea of developing a deep-sea port at Gwadar surfaced, people from across the country and even abroad started to hallucinate goldmines in place of deserted landscapes in this coastal town of restive Balochistan. The time was right and property dealers – not public – have cashed in on the opportunity.

Where the excessive projection of Gwadar as a future counterweight to the resort city of Dubai played its part in attracting people, it were the future prospects of a duty-free port that is mostly being used by estate agents.

“The day Gwadar port starts functioning, prices of land (in Gwadar) will increase by 40-50 per cent,” was how a dealer of one of those estate agencies, which have sprouted up in the last two to three years, convinced people into buying corner side or road-facing plots.

These property dealers are not interested in telling their customers about the sources of water, power and gas for the schemes they offer and if someone argues, they ease the apprehension fabricating different stories.

An estate agent earnestly told this scribe that water will come from Mirani Dam, which actually is designed to irrigate agricultural land alongside Dasht River. Property dealers do not disclose that Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) has bound builders to install desalination plants with their respective projects.

GDA has decided in principle that water needs of the city will be fulfilled through desalinated seawater. Work on a proposed desalination plant, being set up by GDA, is yet to start. The colourful catalogues of numerous residential and commercial schemes carry little or no reference to desalination.

Similarly, there is no clear explanation on how the future electricity needs of the city would be fulfilled.

Even without any development, the prices of empty landscapes vary from plot to plot. For instance, a plot facing a ‘proposed garden’ costs 5 to 10 per cent extra. Similarly, if a 400 sq yd piece of land on commercial scheme is facing a 220 feet wide road, it will cost 10 per cent more than the regular price while the one looking onto the coastal highway is costlier by 20 per cent.

Excluding the roads and highways to be built by the government, private sector is yet to start work on infrastructure in a big way, making the speculative investment all the more risky.

Interestingly, only a few schemes, out of total 79 given NOCs by GDA, are selling developed housing units with facilities while the rest are selling vacant plots.

But, Ather Mahmood, Managing Director of a housing company, defended the excessive projection of Gwadar’s real estate saying it took seven to eight years for some of the most sought-after residential areas in the country to develop whereas the first scheme in Gwadar is almost complete in just two-three years.

He said GDA takes an undertaking from the builders to install desalination plants and captive power plants before issuing NOC. The builders and developers also have to pledge 30 per cent of the property to GDA, which Ather believes will ensure completion of all the projects.

“Real estate prices have increased during the last few years. So, who would not want to earn a little more from the 30 per cent property.”

Playing down the threat of insurgency and riots, Amir Samsaam, a property dealer, acknowledged that it is important to investigate why builders are not carrying out physical development of their projects being aggressively marketed?

Most of the Gwadar Private Scheme projects are in Zone B, Due to non information and cheap rates project owners does not mention that their project is in Zone B, I have come to know from some reliable sources that all Zone B infrastructor will be developed by the private scheme owners as they had submitted undertaking in GDA. Now the time period of most of Gwadar Private Scheme is completed. Last visit in september 2007 i found that most of the private project in zone B are not identifiable. No Boundry walls, No Side office, Nothing, even i suffer a very hard drive due to unavailability of roads.

I was came from Canada to see Gwadar. Do doubt gwadar is beautiful place. But the development work is very slow by the Government as well as private scheme owners.

Please let me inform how much time it will take to complete canadian city. As I feel no sign of any work till yet. And i had paid complete payment to the canadian city builders.

Will you guide me that which project is the best private scheme in Gwadar, which will give benefits in short term investment. Were is EPZ (economic Promotion Zone)? What type of plot is more important for investment? Residential, Industrial, Commercial, or ware houses?

    There is development work in progress. Golden Palm is near sea level. So the sand of the sea blockage the work so it is difficult to work under some seasons. How ever you have selected a good investment place.
