POINT TO BE ALSO NOTED THAT THE RATE OF NOC B PRIAVE SCHEMES ARE CHEAPER DUE TO VERY LONG TERM INVESTMENT BUT SCHEMES WITH NOC A IS THREE TO FOUR TIMES HIGHER COST THAN NOC B BECAUSE DUE TO SAFE EARLY RETURNS AND BEST RETURNS FROM THE NOC A SCHEMES.
