    Future is bright. But Membership fees is so much high. I think it could not be more than Twenty Five Thousand. Bargain or wait when they offer packages for new membership.

    Before investment in any scheme you must remember that:
    You ask the Noc number issued by G.D.A. then visit G.D.A. website at: http://gda.gov.pk/pages/gdaoffers.html to verified the N.O.C. NUMBER.
    But it is not enough…. Also watch it that in N.O.C. is it mark with “B”.
    if yes then understand your self that the location and scheme is out side from
    G.D.A. Master Plan… And those private scheme which are outside from G.D.A Master Plan have no future before 20 to 25 years. Because G.D.A had get undertaking from that scheme that they are responsible for themselves for Roads, Sewerage lines, Electricity and water line. Which is AS per our personal opinion is impossible before 25 years.

    People attracts from commercial ads but could not certified the facts. I think it is up to you to decided that you are buying a plot for your grand children or for you.

    First understand G.D.A. Master Plan. While with in G.D.A Master Plan Remember one square box is equal to one sq. kilo meter. Those private scheme attached with or near Jinnah Avenue as well as attached with Baluchistan Broad way will in the range of two kilometer to Jinnah Avenue will have very near future. And the prices of plots will be up 100% to 1000% with in 2010. But those within Master Plan but out side the range of two kilometer from Jinnah Avenue have to wait for 5 to 10 years. And it is long term investment. Secondly please note that there are two Coastal Highway in the G.D.A Master Plan, you can find one is attached with the boundary of G.D.A.Master Plan which is Coastal Highway starts from Iran Boarder to Gwadar, Pasni, through Ormara to Karachi. This is boarder line of Gwadar. And the Other is Makran Coastal Highway Starts from TEE More, ( Place attached with Railway Station – Sea Port )goes to 2 kilometers to attached with Baluchistan Broadway from TEE MOR and 5 kilometer to attached with Jinnah Avenue from TEE MOR to End with 15 kilometers to attached with ZERO Point ( Coastal Highway attached with Boarder line way for Iran Boarder).

    If you are willing to invest safe then try to pay more cost to get more high returns.
    Invest area with in E.P.Zone and near to Jinnah Avenue to get benefits near future due to early development after fully operative port area which is near by Sea Port, Railway station, Sea View, Sports Complex as well as Center Place of the Gwadar Master Plan.

  5. I want to ask about the future of Robar… we took plot in 90,000 per acre and now he down to 45,000… so what should we do… either we sale it… or wait for good time

    Dear you had been Threaten . The rober the highly desert area, You can only reach only through four wheelers. If you had not marked demarcation, and you have no verified khatoni, khawat, aqsa shjra, as well as trasima from tehsildar. Then you will also face claim of the other people. while 45000 is still good price. The actual real price of robar is 15000 to 20000. (even in this rate those who knows about gwadar master plan not interested to buy).

    As the robar is not in gwadar master plan. So the future of robar is out of question. For real good time you have to wait for a generation. Sorry to say but may be your grand children will get benefit from robar. If no body capture and claim for it. You need to View detailed Gwadar master Plan. Please don’t invest in open land…. it is full of claims… invest in any private shceme within GDA Master Plan. And before buying must understand the location. It must be near to Jinnah Avenue…Or Makran Coastal Highway which will be more secured and furitful.. it is only our suggestion. Depending on you what u think… Remember day by day people are educating and there is very little chance for the fruad people to make fool to the simple investors around the world or with in Pakistan.

    Few people approach us to sell gwadar open land plot in acars and they informed us that the following areas are golden areas for investment purpose in gwadar. So, we feel good deals so we have guided so many people to buy the open plots in acars in the below area, God help us we were mis informed and through your website in search we get real information and verified from the GDA Gwadar Master Plan which is displayed at website gda.gov.pk, We feel so guilty for our self. God bless u if you please guide us truth and help and support how to give relief to the buyers. People was investing due to low cost. I don’t know how many people will get financial loss when they know the facts about the importance of Gwadar Master Plan.

    The Only think we feel is the sadness. Keeping open area in acars in Gwadar is very very difficult. Those who had already buy the open plots in acars must first of all verified their khatoni, khawat, kasra number, ash sajra, and must have trashma with including the “B Nama ” from the buyers as well has must have to keep the payment pay order ship as well as must have verified I.D.Copy of the seller attached and endose with the Tasildar. The all above documents must be needed and the more the demarcation of the ownership land with pillars by the patwari and the letter from patwari that they verified that the landowner is the real seller and the purchaser is the real buyer.

    If any of the above document is missing in your papers then you must immediately, complete the documents other wise any fruad people most of them are Real Estate Agent resale your plots several times and you may have no knowledge of them.

    The real estate agent encourage innocent investors with offering attractive deal such as:
    Why you buying a plot in Gwadar Private Housing Scheme while you will get more land in your own name in equal to the amount of a plot of 120 250 500 or 1000 sq yds plots in any Approved Housing scheme by GDA.?

    People innocently invest and as you said that the same cases is been done by you for your client..

    God help all those who had invested in your above mention area. Yes all above are out of Gwadar Master Plan and sorry to say have no future before 25 to 50 years approx. minimum.

    Hope you will after now onwards guide the people truth and nothing but truth. Because, most of the investors are from low income groups. And have dreams about Gwadar. But unforunatly they have selected wrong place in District Gwadar.

    Tasil Gwadar Starts from Uthal (from where the Coastal Highway starts from 100 Kilo meter after Karachi – HUB) to Ormara – Pasni – Gwadar and end with Jiwani. A very long distance of 650 kilometer area is the Tasil Gwadar and District Gwadar is the GDA Master Plan Area….
