I have paid off all the installments for an apartment in GDA VIP Apartment Scheme and the stipulated time in the agreement has been past in July 09. I still did not receive any news of completion of this prject.Can you please feed back info on this very important issue .. Than you.

your are so god pl tel about golden palm schem in this investment how much time 2010 or 2012 to return profite pl tell .

There is development work in progress. Golden Palm is near sea level. So the sand of the sea blockage the work so it is difficult to work under some seasons. How ever you have selected a good investment place.

Reply: Gwadar Future is safe and secured with in the Private Schemes which are with in Gwadar Master Plan and Specially located adjust to Jinnah Avenue, and With in E.P.Zone, were Government Development work is highly in progress. Which developed and populated between 2010 to 2012. Due to Government full concerns to develop with utilities, road, water etc as fast as they can.

Dear Friend,
Pay them through pay order via Gwadar Development Authority with also taking undertaking in Stamp paper from the Sun Silver City Gwadar Management that:

1. Development of roads, water lines, electricity as well as other facilities such as Park and street light must by provided with in three months from the full and final development charges paid by your good self, incase the developer is failed to provide all above then they have to pay 10 percent per month due to delay.
This written agreement must be signed in GDA Office in front of GDA Director. This will secure you.
I need update regarding Sun Silver City Gwadar,
I already bought the Plot cople of years back and pay in full as they offer 10% discount if you pay the total instalment in full.

This Year in Jan , 2009 they call me back and ask for development charges on top of the plot payment as per them Gwadar city stat the work for to supply Water , Electricity Etc.
Please let me know if this investment worth it or not.

I need to know about Crown city Gawadar .How far is this from main coastal highway.Is it near EPZ Zone .And development around this area.
Is it adviseable to take off money from this scheme and put it in where?

Reply:Crown City Gwadar was renamed Old Name: Marzia City/King City
New Name: Crown City N.O.C No: 43/05/HS/GDA (B) situated in Chatti Shamali.
When any scheme’s noc get in last word (B) means it is out of Gwadar Master Plan. We had wrote allot about NOC Marked with (B).
It is to far and no future before 30 to 50 years.
Try to get plot in the area which develop fast and EPZone is valued area.

Could you please inform me if 1200 sq yards commercial land for petrol pump for 80 lakh is good price at braodway residencia gwadar and if it is within master plan? Could you also tell me how to fnd out the value of land in gwadar?

Reply: It is too costly. Buy plots with in EPZone near 5 kilometer of gwadar port which is under fastly development area.

All GDA NOC issued mentioned marked “B” means that the scheme is out of Gwadar Master Plan.
And it is long term investment schemes.

Sir, Kindly guide the location of the Royal Garden. Is it within Gwadar Master Plan? is it on Coastal Highway…? How much time the project will take to be hand over to the allotee? I have purchased plots in Royal Garden, but all instalments are waiting for. Please guide me, as I am un aware of the location as well as about Gwadar. will you support,help, and guide for the facts about the location of scheme in Gwadar ? waiting for +ve responce. Thanks

reply: GDA is registering authority. They have schemes only for their staffs.

approx 35 kilometer from Iran and 50 kilometer from Gwadar City. Highly desert area which have no sign of life…. it is in Chitti Shumali. Rough weather and highly stroom of dust in all seasons.

Sun Silver City is how much far from Iran Border ?
